About MIAAHC

The Michigan Alliance Against Hate Crimes (MIAAHC) is a statewide coalition of law enforcement agencies from the local, state, and federal levels along with different community based organizations, civil rights organizations, and educators with a goal of ensuring a complete and comprehensive response to hate crimes and bias incidents. MIAAHC provides resources that assist local hate crime coordinating units and engages with specific community partners that educate people and prevent hate crimes. MIAAHC supports victims of hate crimes and assists communities, organizations, and groups to identify and fight hate crime incidents within the state of Michigan.

Mission
